Delivery Policy

At Wildflower Studio, we are committed to offering fast and reliable delivery services to our customers. Our Same-Day Delivery option is designed to ensure that your order arrives at your doorstep on the same day it is placed, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility

To qualify for same-day delivery:

  • Your order must be placed before 12pm.

  • Same-day delivery is available Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • The delivery address must be within our eligible service area (Jacksonville, Rusk, Bullard, Frankston, New Summefield, Alto).

2. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed online after 12PM will be delivered the next business day.

  • Cut-off times are based on the local time of the delivery location.

  • If you have an order after 12PM contact the store for same day availability.

3. Delivery Hours

  • Same-day deliveries are made between start time, 11AM and end time, 4:00 PM.

4. Fees

  • A delivery fee is applicable for all delivery services; pricing varies based on location.

  • Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, or high order volume) may cause delays. In such cases:

  • We will notify you of any changes to your delivery window.

  • You may be offered alternative delivery options at no additional cost.

7. Recipient Availability

  • Someone must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available:

    • Items will be left at the front door unless specified otherwise in your order. Responsibility ends upon delivery.

    • Additional fees may apply for redelivery.
